I’m middle aged and have a little belly fat (maybe more than a little). So I was worried that my tummy would stick out. But the dress fits me perfectly, better than I thought! It also feels great on the skin, very smooth. Highly recommend. I’m 130lb, 5’4”. I ordered sized L.

I got this sweater in Crimson and I’m obsessed with the color! It makes everything pop and it photographs sooo well. I honestly had no idea what “fancy rib knit” meant but it’s super pretty in person. I sized down from a medium to a small so the overall fit is almost-oversized but the side slit keeps it from feeling boxy or shapeless. I love that it also gives a little extra ventilation. I already have worn this sweater to a holiday party and got lots of compliments :)

I wasn’t sure initially about purchasing something at this price point, but I have found this top has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. I had never worn anything made of Eco Viscose before but the temperature regulation is actually amazing; I have been wearing it with my fall outfits but I recently brought it to the beach and it was perfect in the light breeze. I tend to wear it with skirts but it is also easy to dress up with work pants or interesting jeans. I have also washed it a few times and it looks the same. Given its versatility, quality, and attention to little details (the slightly longer sleeves make it feel more feminine and cute while the higher neckline is unique but still subtle), it was definitely worth the investment.

I love finding unique tops that are delicate and feminine but still appropriate for work. Originally, I was worried that a stretchy knit might cling too tightly to my body but I liked the design so much that I went for it anyways and I’m glad I did. The neckline doesn’t show any cleavage and the fabric hugs my body without clinging into every curve. It’s also very lightweight and breathable, I have worn it comfortably both in summer without sweating and in the fall. It’s also held up in the wash with no issues. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I love the clarice dress in sage. It's incredibly breathable and soft. It looks really cute as summer/early fall dress and I'm loving it.

This vest is a dream! It has that perfect cropped and snatched waist that you don't see in other stores. A truly fantastic silhouette that goes so well with a dress or a skirt (or trousers or everything!). And to top it off, it also is made of amazingly soft natural merino wool!! Could it get better?? It is so well made 🥺 I use this camel vest to enhance my outfits all the time.

About sizing: I have both one in size S, which was the recommendation from the size chart, and one in size XS. The S one fit like I wanted to in the beginning, but the wool is very delicate and will stretch out with wears and washes (cold handwash). I find that the S is now a bit too oversized for my taste, but if oversized is your thing I'd still stick to the recommended size! Otherwise, choose one size smaller :)

Soft, comfy for a whole day of wear without feeling too tight or constricting. The sock never slid down throughout the day either :)

I've had my eye on this cute blouse for a while. It is made of really high quality materials. It does need an undershirt and it pairs well with other staples in my closet.

The Clarita Dress has such a flattering fit, I bought it in two patterns (Sage and Chinoiserie)! They have a wonderful dainty and fluttery spring/summer feeling! I already wore the Sage dress to a wedding, and could see myself wearing the dresses for garden parties, tea parties, bridal showers and other special occasions. The customer service was also superb and Tina helped me figure out my size!

It is sheer and it’s a little difficult to iron but I think it’s really pretty, you just have to wear underwear that has your skin color and you’ll be fine! The bow is very pretty, everything reminds me of Japanese fashion. Very easy to pair with brown and other warm colors. I appreciated the package a lot, the handwritten letter is such a beautiful thing!

There are not enough adjectives to describe this dress. Where to begin! The sizing is exactly as described and fits me perfectly. The dress is lined, feeling structured and sturdy yet the fabric is still breathable and airy. And the cut? Amazing. Probably one of the best designed dresses that I now own.

This dress was a great investment and I'm excited to see what Maison Mikumo is going to make next. Thank you for the gorgeous dress!
