Track Your Order

Your Maison Mikumo order, a little closer. Here’s how to see its latest status and follow its journey to you.

View your order status

Open your Maison Mikumo order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select View your order. This opens your personal order-status page, where you can check available order and shipping updates.

Once tracking has been added to your shipment, follow the tracking link on your order-status page or in your shipping email to see the carrier’s latest updates.

Track directly with your carrier

Already have your tracking number? Copy it from your shipping confirmation and enter it on the carrier’s official tracking page:

• Track with USPS
• Track with UPS

Can’t find your email?

Search your inbox for “Maison Mikumo” and check your spam or promotions folder. Be sure to use the inbox for the email address you entered at checkout.

Tracking hasn’t updated?

If the carrier shows that a label has been created but no movement is available yet, check again for the next carrier scan. For the latest scan details, use the carrier’s tracking link. If your order has more than one shipment, check each tracking number separately.

Need a hand?

Reply to your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email with your order number and a brief description of what you’re seeing. Please don’t share your personal order-status link publicly.
