Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Shipments will be shipped either from Maryland or New York. Orders containing made-to-order items may be shipped out in multiple packages.

Our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable. We also have a plastic packaging and plastic film take-back program with EcoEnclose. Maison Mikumo customers may mail any #2 and #4 plastic film, including our packaging, to the following address:
